Linkage, PTO kit, hydraulic supply, bracket, controller, collector, brush plate and other accessories may be additional. A photograph does not establish compatibility with every carrier in the family.

Get the connection right

Carrying the tool and powering it are different jobs.

Kubota tractor → front linkage → PTO / hydraulic power → ABR mounting bracket → attachment

Compact tractors

A front linkage carries and lifts the tool. A matched PTO or hydraulic supply powers it, and an attachment-specific ABR bracket normally completes the connection. Rear tools use the appropriate rear linkage and drive.

F-series outfront mowers

The documented installations use existing lift arms and front PTO with a matched FM bracket. Check the shaft interface, clearance and lift capacity, plus any additional hydraulic provision for collection or control.

G / GR ride-on systems

The correct model-specific kit supplies the front connection and lift arrangement. Hydraulic tools need a suitable power package; the engine-powered blower supplies its own airflow drive.

Use the right starting point

Match the method to the surface

What does your site need?

1

Routine sweeping

Remove loose soil, leaves and detritus before they accumulate along edges and drainage routes. Add collection when the material needs to leave the surface.

2

Path-edge reclamation

Use active weedbrushing for established vegetation and overburden, then sweep up the loosened material. Choose brush tools and settings around the surface.

3

Artificial-surface care

Routine grooming and infill redistribution, active agitation and contamination removal are different tasks. Choose the brush and collection method for the surface and its infill.

4

Gravel renovation

Loosen the surface layer and disturb weeds with the right renovation tools. Set depth to avoid disturbing the base; grading is a separate material-shaping job.

5

Autumn leaves

Blowing is useful where leaves can be directed to an agreed collection point. Choose sweeping and collection when material needs to be picked up in the same pass.

6

Winter access

A plough pushes snow; a snow blower projects it. Plan storage or discharge space, then consider spreading equipment for the separate job of ice management.

Before ordering

Your Kubota attachment questions answered.

Will an attachment fit every Kubota in the same series?

No. Confirm the full model, generation or serial number, mounting points, drive and controls. A case study demonstrates one installation; it does not approve every machine with the same series badge.

Can I keep the mid mower deck fitted?

It depends on the drive arrangement. The BX case study explains that extending the mid PTO to power a front attachment prevents simultaneous use of the mid deck in that setup. It also describes a rear PTO-powered hydraulic pack as an alternative. The LX example uses front hydraulics while retaining its mid deck. Verify your exact configuration.

Does a front linkage power the attachment?

No. It carries, raises and lowers the tool. A powered attachment also needs the correct mechanical PTO or hydraulic supply. Most front tractor attachments require an ABR mounting bracket between the linkage and the tool.

How does the F-series arrangement differ?

The documented F-series installations use existing lift arms and front PTO with a matched FM bracket. A mechanically driven sweeper can rotate without a tractor hydraulic motor supply, but collector opening or other controls may need additional hydraulic equipment.

Are G and GR attachment kits interchangeable?

Do not assume so. The G route and GR2120 example use model-specific linkage and power packages. Confirm the exact mower, generation and required kit before selecting the attachment.

Which blower should I choose?

The LBV 6900 M-ABR uses mechanical PTO input. The LBV-HO-FKDR uses its own Honda engine and fits an approved FKDR front linkage. Both move leaves towards a collection point; neither collects the material.

Are the prices for complete Kubota installations?

No. These are individual listing prices excluding VAT. Mounting, power conversion, brackets, controllers and working accessories may be extra. Prices refresh from the product pages on kerstenuk.com; dated checked values remain if the update fails.

What details do you need for a quotation?

Send the model, year or serial number, photos of the mounting points, PTO and hydraulic connections, and details of any mid deck or rear tool you want to retain. Include the maintenance task, surface and access width.
