Choose the working tool

Put the tractor to work on the surface.

Compare selected attachments below, then specify the complete installation. The tractor, fitting, mounting bracket, collector and controls are not automatically included in an attachment price.

Use the rear linkage. Power the brush hydraulically.

The KM 60 rear-mounted route uses hydraulic brush drive. Rear mounting does not mean rear PTO drive; match the continuous oil supply and ABR 60 HECK bracket.

Clear loose material without a rotating brush.

A push broom uses tractor movement to move material. It does not provide a collector or the active brushing action of a powered roller.

Treat the plant. Plan the complete programme.

Electric systems treat vegetation through controlled electrical contact. They do not sweep away growth or soil. Carrier integration, trained operators and a controlled treatment area are part of the working system.

Horsepower is a starting point. Check the exact carrier, linkage geometry, available hydraulic power, axle loads, stability and complete working weight. Allow for mounting equipment, collected debris, water and any generator or arm system.

Protect the brush. Improve the finish.

A heavy tractor needs the right ground following.

1

Let the tool follow the ground

Correct carrier float and bracket geometry let the sweeper follow changing levels. Avoid forcing the tractor or loader’s weight through the working brush.

2

Set brush contact accurately

More pressure is not automatically better cleaning. Set the running wheels and brush contact for the surface and debris, then adjust as the brush wears.

3

Let collection follow too

A matched floating collector on FKM 60 or KM 70 has its own ground-following arrangement. This helps collection over undulations rather than relying only on tractor lift position.

The complete working installation

Match the linkage, power and bracket.

Tractor → front linkage → PTO / hydraulic power → ABR mounting bracket → attachment

Most front attachments do not bolt directly to the linkage. The selected bracket connects the carrier interface to the working tool. Rear and loader installations need their own matched bracket and float arrangement.

Choose the fitting route around the exact tool
Working route Working power What to specify
Rear-mounted KM 60 Hydraulic roller drive; selected models list 50 L/min. Rear linkage, ABR 60 HECK, hydraulic connections, ground following and collector setup.
Front FKM 60 M Mechanical PTO drives the roller. Front linkage, ABR 60 bracket, PTO speed and direction, shaft geometry and hydraulic functions for selected options.
Front FKM 60 H / KM 70 H Hydraulic roller drive; selected cards list 50 L/min. ABR 60 or ABR 70 as appropriate, continuous flow and pressure, return routing, cooling, float and controls.
UB EASY weedbrush Hydraulic working-head drive. Exact ABR UB interface, brush package, guard, support wheel where required, and confirmed flow and pressure.
ActiSweep push broom Tractor movement pushes the stationary brush. Correct tractor or loader mounting adapter, clearance, contact and working width. No PTO or hydraulic drive for the brush.
Zasso electric system Generator-based electrical treatment; exact carrier power integration depends on the system. Complete applicator and supply installation, carrier capacity, arm geometry where applicable, trained operation and site working controls.

A loader is another mounting route. Specify the actual hitch and suitable floating bracket. A loader’s ability to lift an attachment does not establish correct brush contact, visibility or loaded stability.

Collect or windrow?

A collector takes loose material off the surface. A guard helps control discharge when windrowing. Match collector width and emptying arrangement to the sweeper.

Bring edge debris into the roller

A gully brush reaches kerb lines and guides debris into the main working path. Specify the correct side, drive, guard and positioning controls.

Manage dust and changeovers

Consider the specified water kit, hydraulic angling, remote valves and parking supports. Include water weight and every required hydraulic function in the installation check.

Before choosing

Your agricultural tractor questions answered.

Does a rear-mounted KM 60 use the rear PTO?

The selected KM 60 H models use hydraulic roller drive, including when mounted at the rear. Specify the continuous hydraulic supply and ABR 60 HECK mounting; rear mounting alone does not identify the drive source.

Which sweeper range should I compare first?

Compare KM 60 for the selected rear hydraulic route, FKM 60 for front PTO or hydraulic sweeping with a 60 cm roller, and KM 70 for a larger front hydraulic installation with a 70 cm roller. Match the complete configuration rather than using horsepower alone.

Does a front linkage include the attachment bracket?

Not automatically. Most attachments need a matched carrier-to-tool bracket. Specify the linkage, working power, correct ABR bracket and attachment as one chain.

How much hydraulic flow is required?

The selected KM 60 H, FKM 22560 H and KM 70 H cards list 50 L/min. Confirm continuous flow, pressure, return arrangement and cooling for the exact tool and optional functions. UB EASY and electric systems need their own configuration checks.

Can I press the brush harder to improve cleaning?

Excess contact can increase wear and damage the working installation. Set carrier float and running-wheel height correctly, then match brush contact and speed to the debris and surface. Compatible KM Control systems automate height adjustment.

Should I choose a powered sweeper or a push broom?

A powered roller actively sweeps and can work with a collector. A push broom uses tractor movement to push loose material and does not provide a collection box. Choose around the debris, finish and collection plan.

What is the difference between brushing and electric treatment?

A weedbrush mechanically removes growth and deposits, creating material that needs collecting. Electric treatment applies energy through the vegetation; it does not remove soil or sweep away the treated plants. Choose around the surface and maintenance programme.

Are the displayed prices complete fitted-system prices?

No. They are individual listing prices excluding VAT. Brackets, fitting, shafts, collectors, controls and other options may be additional. Request a quotation for a Zasso system matched to your carrier and application.

What should I send for a quotation or demonstration?

Send the tractor make, model, year and serial details; front and rear mounting photographs; PTO specification; available hydraulic flow and pressure; route widths and surfaces; intended debris or vegetation; existing loader or implements; and planned working loads.
