Why a two-stage blower—and what must be checked
Built for deeper, heavier accumulations
A snow blower becomes the appropriate tool when snow volume is too great to push efficiently with a blade. The two-stage process gathers and breaks up the snow before directing it through an adjustable chute.
- Useful where snow needs to be moved away from the cleared route rather than windrowed beside it.
- Suitable for wet and heavy snow when there is enough depth for the blower to collect and throw.
- Provides controlled discharge direction for access roads, paths, yards and estate routes.

Which range should I start with?
Start with your tractor horsepower: Basic suits 14–40 hp, Intermediate 26–55 hp and Profy 30–55 hp. Then compare working width, route size and expected winter duty.
Can a Cerruti blower handle wet and heavy snow?
Yes. The two-stage design collects, breaks up and discharges wet or heavy snow. The blower works best when there is enough depth and volume for the auger to feed consistently.
Do I need a front linkage and PTO kit?
Mechanical-drive models normally require a suitable front linkage and PTO arrangement. The exact linkage, PTO speed and driveshaft are matched to your tractor during the fitment review.
Is a hydraulic Cerruti blower available?
Yes. Hydraulic-drive machines are available for loaders, telehandlers and larger carriers. Provide the carrier model, hydraulic flow and operating pressure so Kersten can identify the suitable configuration.
