Specify the complete working load. Individual sweeper prices exclude the separately listed bracket, collector and options. Installation photographs may show accessories. The KM 25060 page gives conflicting weights of 240 and 260 kg; confirm the supplied weight. Include the bracket, collector, debris and water when checking lift capacity.
Listed package offers from £6,595 ex VAT. The 190, 225 and 250 cm product pages advertise a sweeper, mounting frame and collector box, labelled as 2025 offers. Checked 2 Oct 2026. Confirm current availability, the chosen width, bracket, contents and package price.
Heavy-duty construction with controlled brush contact
Built for bulky debris and changing ground.
A robust load path
The mounting frame supports the sweeper from its upper structure. CNC-folded and welded heavy-gauge steel gives the chassis the strength needed for repeated outdoor cleaning.
Pendulum ground following
The suspension lets the sweeper follow surface changes. Set the heavy-duty gauge wheels individually for effective roller contact instead of forcing the brush down with the linkage or boom.
Hydraulic power at the roller
An inboard orbital motor drives the five-row spiral brush through a tensioned duplex chain. The large roller provides space to move substantial debris into a windrow or collector.
Mounting, power and control
The bracket and hydraulics make the working combination.
For rear tractor use, plan tractor → rear three-point linkage + hydraulic power → ABR 60 HECK bracket → KM 60 sweeper. The rear PTO does not directly drive these H models.
Match the hitch
The rear bracket listing specifies Category I and II link arms. Confirm the actual geometry, clearance and loaded lift capacity.
Check continuous oil supply
Current listings specify 50 L/min. Confirm operating pressure, cooling, return arrangement and available flow at the sweeper.
Allow ground following
Match the carrier’s float and the mounting bracket to the surface. Set both gauge wheels to avoid excessive brush contact.
Plan the functions
Specify roller drive, collector emptying, hydraulic angling and gully brush controls together. Dust suppression also needs electrical power.
ABR 60 HECK · rear three-point linkage
Connects the sweeper to suitable Category I or II rear link arms. Confirm the complete installed load, hitch geometry and hydraulic routing.
ABR 60 GS · pallet-fork mounting
Pallet-tine pockets for suitable forklifts and loaders with pallet forks. Confirm tine dimensions, retention, float and the complete support-wheel arrangement.
Front and loader installations
Other carrier routes need a specified ABR interface and the correct conversion or working orientation. Agree the complete installation before assuming a front bracket or loader hitch is interchangeable.

Pick up the material or move it aside
Match the collector or guard to the job.
Collector for removal · guard for windrowing
Choose the SSB collector to remove loosened soil, leaves and organic debris from the site. Hydraulic emptying lets the operator discharge material from the operating position.
When moving material without collecting, use the matching SPL front guard to reduce debris spray. The guard is not a collector.
The collector mounts to the sweeper chassis and has adjustable height settings. Confirm its position as the brush wears; it differs from the FKM 60’s floating parallel-linkage collector.

Clean the edge as well as the centre
Bring kerb debris into the sweeping path.
ASH 7060 R · right-hand gully brush
70 cm hydraulic brush with variable speed, spring-loaded collision protection and a storage position. Feeds kerb debris towards the main brush and collector.
ASH 7060 L · left-hand gully brush
Corresponding left-hand hydraulic brush for the chosen working direction and edge layout. Specify the mounting plate, controls and hydraulic supply together.
A gully brush cleans beyond the main roller’s reach. For established vegetation and compacted soil at the edge, compare a dedicated weed brush before sweeping and collection.
Control direction and manage dust
Add the functions your installation needs.
HSZ-180 KM 60 · hydraulic angling
Replaces manual angling with movement to either side from the operating position. Requires a suitable double-acting hydraulic service and the correct hoses and controls.
WAS water kits · dust suppression
A sweeper-mounted tank supplies the nozzle rail through a 12 V pump. The water helps bind dust during suitable work. Choose tank size for the duty and the carrier’s loaded capacity.
