Kersten FKM 60 front-mounted sweepers
A bigger brush.
A cleaner working site.
Move bulky debris with a 60 cm roller. Choose your working width and drive, then add floating collection, kerb cleaning and brush-height control for a complete tractor or loader installation.
The full FKM 60 range
Six widths. Two ways to drive the brush.
Start with the usable width of your site and carrier. Each card links directly to both drive versions. Photographs come from the corresponding width’s Kersten listing and may show optional equipment.

225 cm working width · Ø 60 cm
FKM 22560
Choose it when: you work on larger yards and access roads with room for a wide collecting setup.
250 cm working width · Ø 60 cm
FKM 25060
Choose it when: you have open areas, generous clearance and a carrier suited to the widest installation.
Price the complete installation. Sweeper prices are shown separately from the ABR 60 mounting bracket, collector and other options. Check lift capacity with the selected accessories, collected debris and water. Published weights should be confirmed for the supplied build.
Designed for demanding cleaning
Move the debris. Remove the build-up.
A substantial working roller
The 60 cm five-row combi brush has space between its rows to move bulky material. The spiral layout carries debris across the working width.
Durable drive and chassis
A folded-steel supporting frame and duplex chain drive suit repeated outdoor work. The inboard drive keeps the transmission within the machine’s structure.
Cleaner edges and drainage routes
Collect loosened soil and organic material before it builds into a growing layer. A gully brush feeds kerb debris towards the main roller.
Choose the power source first
Which drive suits your tractor or loader?
M models · mechanical PTO drive
Use a suitable mechanical PTO to power the roller. Current listings state a 50 hp minimum, but horsepower alone does not establish fitment.
Confirm PTO speed, rotation, shaft arrangement, linkage geometry and hydraulic services for the chosen accessories. Do not assume every front PTO is interchangeable.
H models · hydraulic roller drive
Current listings specify 30 L/min minimum for 130, 150 and 165 cm, and 50 L/min minimum for 190, 225 and 250 cm.
Agree pressure, return, cooling and continuous flow at the attachment. The hydraulic models list a multifunction valve block with flow control, pressure protection and roller overrun protection.
Requirements vary between older manuals and current listings. Confirm the supplied machine and its options against your carrier before ordering.
Mounting and ground following
The right bracket is part of the machine.
Plan the complete connection: tractor → front linkage → PTO or hydraulic power → ABR 60 mounting bracket → FKM 60 sweeper. The sweeper normally needs a carrier bracket; it does not simply bolt straight to the front linkage.
ABR 60 FRONT · link arms
Listed for Category I or II front link arms, to suit FKM 60 and FKM 60L. Confirm the geometry and capacity of the actual linkage.
ABR 60 EURO · loader hitch
Floating mounting bracket for suitable loaders with a Euro-style quick hitch. Check the exact interface and the complete loaded installation.

Collect rather than leave a windrow
Take loosened material off the surface.
Keep the collector following the surface
The parallel-linkage system allows the collector to float relative to the sweeper. Its supporting wheels and hydraulic emptying make it a practical option for gathering debris across changing surface levels.
Choose the collector for the precise width and machine build. This is one representative series photograph.

Confirm usable capacity, wheel specification and collector weight for your supplied version. The full collector load contributes to the carrier’s lifting and stability requirements.
Clean the kerb as well as the centre
Reach the debris the main roller cannot.
ASH 7060 R · right-hand gully brush
70 cm hydraulic brush with variable speed, spring-loaded collision protection and a storage position. Bring edge deposits into the path of the main brush.
ASH 7060 L · left-hand gully brush
The corresponding left-hand option for your working direction and site layout. Specify the mounting, hydraulic supply and controls with the sweeper.
Set contact, direction and dust control
Give the operator the right adjustments.
KM Control · automatic brush-height adjustment
The optional system monitors hydraulic drive pressure and adjusts support-wheel height to keep roller contact at the selected setting. Two modes suit different levels of soiling, with adjustment from the cab.
It helps reduce the tendency to run the brush too aggressively. Confirm compatibility with the selected drive and supplied machine.

A full 100 or 200 litre tank adds approximately 100 or 200 kg of water before the tank hardware. Confirm lifting capacity, electrical supply and hydraulic functions together.
More active work on hard surfaces
When routine sweeping needs a stronger roller.
Path Master steel-trim roller
A more aggressive four-row steel-wire roller for suitable hard surfaces. The 130 cm version lists 46 replaceable flat-wire bristles; the 150 cm version lists 52.
Choose it for heavier soil, moss and weed-removal work on suitable tarmac or block paving. Agree surface suitability and the machine setup before use.

| 150 616 360 · 150 cm steel-trim roller → | £3,595.00Ex VAT · checked 2 Oct 2026 |
These are roller options, priced separately from the complete sweeper. Current roller listings specify 50 hp and 50 L/min for hydraulic operation; do not assume a standard 30 L/min sweeping setup is sufficient. Confirm the complete PTO or hydraulic configuration.

Before you order
Your FKM 60 questions answered.
What is the difference between M and H?
M models use mechanical PTO drive for the main roller. H models use hydraulic drive. Both require the correct ABR bracket and a suitable carrier; accessory functions must be specified separately.
Which hydraulic flow do I need?
Current standard-sweeper listings state 30 L/min minimum for 130, 150 and 165 cm, and 50 L/min minimum for 190, 225 and 250 cm. Path Master roller listings specify 50 L/min. Confirm pressure, return, cooling and the supplied build.
Is the collector included?
The sweeper and collector prices shown here are separate. Order the matching width and confirm support wheels, hydraulic emptying and mounting with the complete installation.
Will it fit directly onto my front linkage?
Normally an ABR 60 mounting bracket is required between the linkage or loader interface and sweeper. Category, hitch dimensions, loaded capacity and drive must all match.
What does KM Control add?
It provides optional automatic brush-height adjustment using hydraulic-pressure sensing, with two working modes and cab control. Confirm compatibility with your drive and machine.
Can it remove moss and weeds?
A standard combi roller sweeps debris and can loosen contamination. The optional steel-trim Path Master roller is designed for more aggressive work on suitable hard surfaces. Established edge growth may need a dedicated weed brush.
Should I choose the widest model?
Choose a width that suits access, turning room, carrier capacity and power. Allow for angling, the collector and gully brush as well as the main machine width.
