Kersten KM 52 hydraulic sweepers
Put your rear linkage
to work on heavier debris.
A robust, 52 cm brush for suitable tractor, loader and forklift installations. Choose 150, 190 or 225 cm, then specify the mounting bracket, collection and edge-cleaning options for your site.
The current KM 52 range
Choose the width your carrier and site can handle.
These three H models use hydraulic power for the roller. Rear mounting is a practical route for suitable tractors; other mounting arrangements use different brackets and ground-following systems.
150 cm · hydraulic drive
KM 15052 H
Choose it when: you need a compact heavy-duty sweeper for paths, access roads and yards, or want to limit the size and load of the collecting setup.
190 cm · hydraulic drive
KM 19052 H
Choose it when: you have room for a wider pass and a carrier capable of lifting and powering the complete installation.
225 cm · hydraulic drive
KM 22552 H
Choose it when: you maintain larger open areas, with enough clearance, hydraulic capacity and loaded lifting capacity for the widest model.
Quote the complete working installation. These are individual sweeper prices. The ABR bracket, collector, support-wheel arrangement and other options must be specified separately unless included in the selected package. Installation photographs may include options and different carrier mounts.
Listed package offers from £4,295 ex VAT. The product pages advertise a sweeper, mounting frame, collector box and wheels, labelled as a 2025 offer. Checked 2 Oct 2026. Confirm the price for your chosen width, bracket, contents and current availability.
A step up for substantial surface cleaning
Built for the material that builds up outdoors.
Robust folded-steel construction
The heavy-gauge folded and welded chassis supports demanding cleaning work. The mounting frame supports the unit from its upper structure; select the correct frame for the carrier.
Space to move bulky debris
The large five-row spiral roller leaves space between bristle rows for soil, leaves and other material to move. The inboard hydraulic motor and tensioned duplex chain drive keep the drive arrangement compact.
Remove the growing layer
Use collection to take loosened soil and organic debris off the surface. Regular removal helps limit the damp layer that supports weeds and moss and obstructs drainage.
Rear mounting first; other carriers by specification
Get the mount and hydraulic circuit right.
For rear tractor use, plan the connection as tractor → rear three-point linkage + hydraulic power → ABR 52 HECK bracket → KM 52 sweeper. The rear PTO does not drive these H models.
Match the linkage
The ABR 52 HECK listing specifies Category I and II rear link arms. Confirm the exact hitch geometry and loaded lift capacity.
Check hydraulic power
Current product pages state 30 L/min; the 2025 catalogue specifies 35 L/min. Confirm the requirement, pressure, cooling and return for the supplied build.
Set ground following
Use the independently adjustable gauge wheels to set brush contact. Match float and support to the hitch or carrier bracket so the brush is not forced into the surface.
Plan every function
Agree roller drive, collector opening, angling and gully-brush controls together. Check the extra electrical supply if fitting dust suppression or electric control.
ABR 52 HECK · rear tractor mounting
The mounting bracket connects the sweeper to suitable rear three-point link arms. Include the collector, debris and any water tank when checking the complete load.

Front mounting on a tractor? Plan tractor → front linkage → hydraulic power → suitable ABR bracket → sweeper. Most attachments do not bolt directly to the front linkage. Explore front linkages and attachment mounting →
Forklift mounting: the bracket listing requires LR-SSB-KM 52 or MP-LR-ABR 52 KPL support equipment. Confirm quantities, float, fork retention and the complete hydraulic connection. The floating ABR 52 GS installation in the case study is a different mounting arrangement.
Size the complete working assembly
Check clearance, contact and loaded capacity.
A wider brush covers more ground, but needs more room and a carrier suited to the complete load. At an angle, the width covered across the direction of travel reduces.
| Model | Working width | Published overall width | Published weight | Main roller |

| KM 15052 H | 150 cm | 158 cm | 166 kg | Ø 52 cm |

Product specifications list an overall length of 128 cm and a height of 95 cm. Confirm the fitted dimensions with your chosen bracket, collector and side brush. Confirm which components are included in the published weights and add the expected debris and water load.
Collect the debris or control its discharge
Make the cleaning pass complete.
Match the collector to the roller width. Hydraulic opening lets you empty the box using the specified control arrangement; support wheels help manage the collector over uneven surfaces.

Specify the discharge and emptying system. Use collection when material needs to leave the site. When windrowing without a collector, use the matching guard and an appropriate discharge direction. Confirm the valve arrangement rather than assuming every tractor spool layout operates the roller and collector in the same way.

Reach beyond the main roller
Bring kerb debris into the collection path.
Use a gully brush to move loose material out from the kerb edge into the roller’s path. Both versions have hydraulic drive, variable speed, spring-loaded collision protection and a storage position.
Established vegetation and heavily compacted edge deposits may need a weed brush before sweeping and collection.
Dust and control from the operating position
Add only the functions your installation needs.

Water adds weight and requires a suitable electrical supply. Choose controls for the complete hydraulic circuit; the electric kit alone does not establish carrier compatibility.

Before you order
Your KM 52 questions answered.
Does the KM 52 use my rear PTO?
The current KM 15052 H, KM 19052 H and KM 22552 H models use hydraulic power for the roller. Rear three-point linkage lifts the installation through the appropriate ABR bracket.
What oil flow should my carrier supply?
Current product pages state 30 L/min; the 2025 catalogue specifies 35 L/min. Confirm the required flow, pressure, return arrangement, cooling and continuous-duty capacity for the supplied model and accessories.
Is it only for rear mounting?
Rear mounting is a useful tractor route, but the range has brackets for front linkage, suitable loaders and forklifts. Specify mounting, float, capacity and power for the exact carrier.
Is a collector included in the basic price?
The individual sweeper prices and accessory prices are shown separately. The product pages advertise package offers from £4,295 ex VAT, labelled as 2025 offers. Confirm the chosen width, mounting frame, collector, wheels and current package price.
Can one hydraulic service operate the brush and collector?
The ISEKI and forklift case studies describe a specified arrangement using the same double-acting spool set for roller and collector functions. Have the correct valves and controls agreed for your carrier; do not assume every connection is interchangeable.
Can I fit the 200 litre dust kit to a rear tractor installation?
The WAS 200 KM 52 listing explicitly restricts it to forklift-mounted use. Discuss the WAS 100 KM 52 kit and the complete loaded capacity for a suitable rear tractor setup.
Why are the support wheels important?
They help control roller contact and support the selected installation. The GS-HA forklift bracket requires suitable wheel equipment. Excessive downforce and bent bristles can reduce cleaning performance and accelerate wear.
Do older 125 cm machines use these parts?
Older documents refer to KM 12552 H as well as other build versions. This page compares the current 150, 190 and 225 cm listings. Match parts and manuals to your serial number rather than the family name alone.
