ActiSweep V-Concept push brooms use the movement of a forklift, telehandler, loader or tractor to gather loose material efficiently—without a hydraulic brush motor or PTO-driven broom. The range also includes fixed AniZen grooming brushes for livestock.

ActiSweep covers two distinct jobs. V-Concept push brooms move loose bulk material using the carrier’s forward motion, while AniZen brushes provide fixed grooming and scratching points for livestock. Kersten UK also supplies the mounting interfaces, replacement brush rows and accessories needed to complete each installation.
How V-Concept works
The brush rows guide debris towards the centre instead of pushing it into side windrows.
Each row is set in a V-shaped arrangement. As the carrier moves forward, loose material is drawn inward through the brush pack, helping the operator build a controlled central windrow or move a larger volume ahead of the broom. This is particularly useful in warehouses, logistics yards, construction sites and agricultural facilities where rapid bulk clearing matters more than fine vacuum collection.

Start with the operating duty and material being swept, then choose a width and mounting interface that suit the carrier. The ranges below are separated by brush-row configuration and intended workload.
V7 · Economical range
ActiSweep V7
The seven-row V7 is the economical choice for light, seasonal or occasional sweeping. Three working widths make it easy to match the broom to workshops, warehouse aisles, yards and pallet-fork carriers without adding a powered brush drive.
Occasional clearing of dry loose debris, grain, light snow, warehouse dust and general yard material. Primarily intended for forklifts, pallet-fork carriers and telehandlers using their forks.

V9 · Material-flow range
ActiSweep V9
The V9 uses nine rows of 30 cm fibres with more space through the brush pack, helping damp, sticky or fibrous material keep moving. Six widths cover compact loaders through to broad industrial and agricultural carriers.
Frequent sweeping of manure, bedding, damp organic debris, sawdust, sticky material and snow. Suitable for forklifts and telehandlers, with mounting options also available for loaders, buckets and tractor three-point linkage.

The thirteen-row V13 is the intensive-duty range for daily work and high material volumes. Six widths and the deepest brush pack provide the broadest choice for agriculture, recycling, construction, public works and large industrial yards.

Fixed grooming and scratching brushes for livestock
AniZen brushes give animals a robust, always-available point for voluntary grooming. The three shapes provide different levels of contact for the head, neck, flanks and back, while wall, barrier and freestanding installation options help position the brush where animals naturally move and rest.

The curved profile follows the body more closely, giving larger animals access to the head, neck, flanks and back. Its height-adjustable support can be positioned on a suitable wall, fence or post for cattle, horses and other larger livestock.

Separate from the push-broom fitment process: AniZen products are fixed animal-welfare equipment rather than attachments carried by a forklift, loader or tractor. Selection is based on animal size, preferred brushing area, available fixing point and whether the installation should be wall, barrier or freestanding.

Brush rows are straightforward to replace
Release the side retaining bolt, slide the worn brush row out and insert the replacement. Routine care is mainly cleaning, inspection and timely brush replacement.
