Tractor-Mounted Hot Air Weeder 100cm Working Width
The HOAF WeedAir 100 is a high-performance, environmentally friendly solution for large-scale weed removal. Designed for tractor mounting, it offers effective weed control on paths, gravel, and sandy areas. The integrated function control box allows easy operation from the driver’s seat, ensuring precise adjustments for temperature and airflow.
The WeedAir 100 utilises an electrically operated fan to generate a forced flow of hot air, destroying weed cells at temperatures exceeding 700°C. The fully enclosed hood with 50mm insulation minimises heat loss, while the isolated burner ensures consistent heating. Powered by liquid propane with a liquid-phase extraction gas bottle, it delivers reliable performance for effective and chemical-free weed control.

Product Applications
Treating Moss and Weeds
The life of a weed is cyclical; with many stages in its growth. One of the ways we can manage weeds is by interrupting the cycle at different stages. A burst of heat congeals the cells within the plant leaves, preventing it from photosynthesising... we can also use this technique on seeds, which are made of similar material - rendering them incapable of producing a plant. Using the method over time will lead to a great reduction in weeds on the surface.
