For front-mounted sweepers and ploughs, the complete installation is:

Kubota RTV→ Front linkage→ Hydraulic kit→ ABR bracket→ Attachment

The linkage lifts and lowers the attachment, the hydraulic kit drives and controls it, and the ABR bracket connects it. We specify all of them together for your RTV.

Why a separate hydraulic kit? The KM45 sweeper needs about 20 l/min of continuous flow. The HYDR-KIT-KUB-RTV adds its own engine-driven pump, so you get the flow without running the engine at high revs, and the RTV’s own hydraulics stay free for the tipping bed.

RTV-X1100C, X1110 or X900?

The front linkage FL KUB RTV X9001110 fits the RTV-X900 and RTV-X1110. The HYDR-KIT-KUB-RTV hydraulic kit is built for the RTV-X1100. Before we quote, we check your exact model and serial number, confirm current prices and delivery times, and look for any quirks on your vehicle.

1. Front linkage + hydraulic kit: sweepers and ploughs

The FL KUB RTV linkage carries the KM45 sweeper or SCHN plough. The hydraulic kit gives up to 30 l/min, with an electronically controlled valve chest and a joystick in the cab with one-touch stop.

2. Receiver hitch: no conversion

The 2-inch receiver takes the Faulkner Brothers electric-lift plough and towbar-mounted Polaro spreaders, all running from the vehicle’s electrics.

3. Load bed: in-body spreading

The Polaro L sits in the bed, so you can plough at the front and grit from the back in one pass, as in our winter case study.

The front linkage lists 982 kg at the coupling point and 382 kg at 600 mm in front of it. Allow for the attachment, bracket and a full collector.

What can a Kubota RTV do with Kersten attachments?

With a front linkage and our hydraulic kit, the RTV can sweep and plough from the front, while a spreader in the bed or on the receiver hitch grits behind. It becomes a year-round site machine as well as a load carrier.

Why can’t the sweeper run from the RTV’s own hydraulics?

The KM45 sweeper needs about 20 l/min continuously. Our HYDR-KIT-KUB-RTV adds a dedicated engine-driven pump giving up to 30 l/min, so you don’t have to run the engine at high revs and the tipping bed’s hydraulics are left alone.

Can I still use the load bed?

Yes. Front attachments leave the bed free to carry tools and materials, or to hold a Polaro L spreader in winter.
