How the hydraulic route works

Rear PTO power, front-mounted control

The BX231’s rear PTO drives a dedicated hydraulic pack. Extension hoses carry the hydraulic flow to the front sweeper, avoiding the need for a front PTO kit on this configuration.

Step 1

Kubota BX231

The tractor provides the carrier, rear PTO and front linkage mounting points.

Step 2

Rear power pack

The MP-HYDR-DP-HECK converts rear PTO power into up to 30 l/min hydraulic flow.

Step 3

Hose extension

The SL-HYDR-DP-HECK hose set routes the hydraulic service to the front attachment.

Step 4

Front linkage and ABR

The linkage raises and lowers the attachment while the ABR frame connects the KM45 sweeper.

Step 5

Hydraulic sweeper

The KM 13045 H uses the supplied flow to power the brush and selected hydraulic options.

Frequently asked questions

Before requesting a quotation

Does this configuration use a front PTO kit?

No. The rear tractor PTO drives the MP-HYDR-DP-HECK hydraulic power pack. Hydraulic hoses then supply the front-mounted KM 13045 H sweeper.

Why use a separate hydraulic power pack?

The KM 13045 H requires around 20 l/min. The dedicated rear-mounted pack provides up to 30 l/min, giving the sweeper an independent hydraulic supply rather than relying on the tractor’s standard oil flow.

Do I need the collector and gully brush?

They are selectable. The collector is useful when debris needs to be removed from the surface, while the gully brush improves cleaning along kerbs and edges.

Can I order this configuration directly online?

The individual products can be reviewed online, but the complete setup should be confirmed and quoted by Kersten because linkage, PTO, hydraulic, capacity and control details vary by tractor specification.

Is the image an exact representation of the supplied machine?

It is an illustrative configuration showing the intended tractor and attachment arrangement. The final installation and visible component details are confirmed during the fitment review.
