Product Overview
The UBS Hydro II is an incredibly versatile machine with mechanical PTO and much more power. Ideal for lengthy, heavier tasks in grass cutting, weed removal, path edging and artificial surfaces. For Contractors and Councils in parks and city centre.
Thanks to the heavy duty wheel motors and power steering, these machines can operate heavier duty pedestrian equipment with less operator fatigue, and the low vibrations from the Z-flex handlebars allow you to use the machine all day long.
The Kersten Quick-Attach70 system makes it easy for the wide range of implements to be changed in seconds.

Applications
Flail Mowing
Groundcare professionals are coming under more and more pressure to deliver a great finish with less annual cuts. With many types of mower, reducing the cuts results in clumps. Flail mowers allow you to mulch the grass finely and drops the grass more evenly, leaving a better finish in these applications. Flails will also allow you to mow more dense material and vegetation such as brambles, thistles and other weeds.
Winter Maintenance
Keeping pavements and highstreets open is also a challenge, often undertaken by council teams. A Kersten Plough or Spreader can allow facilities, key bus stops and other transport networks to remain accessible to pedestrians.
Edging Footpaths & Borders
It is important that paths are kept at the correct width to allow proper access for pedestrians, pushchairs and wheelchair users. The weedbrush can remove the overburden and restore the width of the path - the more frequently this is done, the easier the task will be.
