Viti-Culture Show 2023

We are looking forward to participating in those exciting conversations in such nice surroundings. It is a great opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues, customers or simply meet new acquaintances, to discuss and to inspire them with our ideas for Integrated Weed Management and showcasing the very latest machinery and equipment.

A short term fix rather than a long term solution?

Topics we want to discuss on that event are about how to treat weeds in a vineyard correctly without chemicals and why it is important to treat weeds in the right season.  

Firstly, timing is key!

Once weeds become large and established, treating it will be time consuming and more difficult. Dealing with weeds in its early life cycle will cause the most successful result.

Secondly, finding the most suitable method for your Weeds!

According to Chris Cooper, a vine expert in Hutchinsons and the technical advisor for the United Kingdom Vineyard Association (UKVA), the most common three methods of achieving a weed-free strip under the vine are herbicide application; Cultivation and Mulching.

We're looking forward to this Event even more to introduce new techniques, strategies and machines to interested parties. The Eco Weedkiller or Ripagreen, for example, are Heat Weed Control alternatives to those methods mentioned before.
