K 820 Pro E, Weedo E, and Matador Series: A Blend of Suitability, Functionality, and Innovation in Fully Electric Battery Machines

As SALTEX highlights innovative technologies in the ground maintenance industry, we are proud to present our battery machines, which are among the world's leading innovations.

Sustainability: 100% electric machines

K 820 Pro E, Weedo E, and Matador Series are functioning 100% on electricity, which makes them an eco-friendly options for ground maintenance professionals. Through functionally 100% electricity it helps reduce the carbon footprint, promoting cleaner air quality in parks, gardens, and other green spaces.

Matador M-Trac is a robust and powerful pedestrian power unit. The rechargeable Li-ion battery could easily power the machine and work all day. With the power adjustable handlebar and its ability to work on slopes up to 35 degrees, M-trac 2.0 is the ideal choice for heavy duty jobs.

Noise Reduction

Electric two-wheel tractors operate quietly, creating minimal noise pollution. This feature is especially beneficial in noise-sensitive areas such as residential neighbourhoods, schools, and hospitals. The quiet operation not only provides a more peaceful environment for grounds maintenance workers but also helps maintain harmony with the surrounding community.

Lower Operating Costs

Electric machines have lower operating costs compared to petrol machines. As electricity is generally cheaper than petrol, leading to reduced day-to-day expenses for maintaining grounds. In addition, Electric machines require less maintenance compared to petrol machines, further contributing to their lower operating costs.

Reduced Carbon Footprint

Using battery-powered machines can also reduce the overall carbon footprint. Generating electricity produces fewer carbon emissions, and the maintenance stage requires fewer parts for repairs, which reduces the carbon footprint associated with ordering and transporting these parts. With the global shift towards sustainable practices, businesses and organisations are under increasing pressure to reduce their carbon footprint. Adopting electric two-wheel tractors can significantly cut greenhouse gas emissions, demonstrating a commitment to environmental responsibility. This can enhance the reputation and appeal of the entity to environmentally conscious clients and stakeholders.

Flexibility and Adaptability

The electric two-wheel machine offers both sustainability and functionality. Not only is it fully electric with no emissions, low noise, and minimal vibration, but it is also compatible with Kersten attachments. The K 820 Pro, for instance, can be equipped with Kersten 35 attachments, demonstrating its compatibility with other K-series two-wheel tractors. Similarly, the Matador M-trac 2.0 is designed to work with the Kersten 70 quick attach system, making it suitable for UBS series attachments. These machines enable you to perform a wide variety of tasks, making them your best working partners all year round.

We will also bring along other weed management solutions, so make sure to come and discover!
